Hello,
I am using Creative Cloud in a new user I created only for this*, and when I open the Indesign file there I cannot import or relink the images, it just shows "Import failed". The document and all the links are in dropbox, so it shouldn't be a problem to import them, right?
-------
*I had to create a new user in my MacBook Pro to be able to use my Intuos tablet. In my normal user, where I have everything, there has been a problem between some app in my computer and the Intuos tablet, and the tablet doesn't work anymore, and the only solution given by Apple is uninstalling all the apps I have there (time tracking, professional software, password software, banking, emails...) and install all from new on a new user. This would create havoc, so I decided to create a new user only to work with Creative Cloud apps.

Hi @Otilia Martin,
Since you're using a new user account, could you confirm which macOS version you're on? It’s possible that Dropbox isn’t fully synced in the new user profile. Can you check if all files are accessible directly from Finder? Also, test the files by making it available offline from Dropbox and then test if the issue persists.
Also, as a test, try copying the InDesign file and the linked images to a local folder outside of Dropbox and then relinking them in InDesign. If that works, the issue might be related to Dropbox permissions in the new account. You could also try opening a new InDesign document and importing the same images to see if the problem is file-specific.
Let me know how it goes.
