Cross-Reference Issue

My co-worker is seeing "Column widths in picas" appear in some of their x-refs when moving things around, is there something setting-wise that I need to fix? I personally have never seen this error, but since I am in charge of all of our templates, formatting, etc. I am tasked with finding a solution (if there is one).

Are these cross-references to items in the same document or a different document?

 

Have you tried relinking the cross-references which appear to be broken?
