I've been working on this catalogue for over a year in InDesign. Now that we're going back to the office a few days a week, I've been working off the cloud. Today my InDesign file will not launch and says it's damaged. I've tried all the online help advise but nothing working. Is there a saviour out there?

Good luck recovering your file—been there!
A fundamental step when working with remote or cloud docs is to pull a copy local, and try again.

But if you don't have a recent archive version and your work file isn't recoverable... consider it a very expensive lesson and learn it well. 😞

In addition to keeping incrementally named backup copies of InDesign documents (internally and externally) occasionally save as an IDML version and rename and reopen as an InDesign document, this will clear out the crud that builds up over a period and that can cause document corruption.
