I am trying to confirm my update of the plugin In5. I get the message "Data failure" (see attachment) in Indesign. Whats happening? Does anyone have an idea of how to solve this problem?

Thanks for the answer. I have been in contact with Ajar, and they are looking into it. So far a lot of the focus have been on my side of the set-up; the broadband setup, firewalls etc.

It is an error caused by an external plugin in. You have to contact the provider of the plugin.

You have probably updated your InDesign to a later version. The plugin has to be updated too. Even if the importand 3rd party developer get access early to prerelease versions, they are only able to finalize and test their software when Adobe has screwed down their development with the release of a new version. From that point in time they are able to test and correct their code. If anyone is dependend on external software he should always wait until all software is available and used for several weeks, so he will not run into critical problems.

This makes sense to me. I have recently updated my Mac to Monterey, installed Indesign 2022 and then on top of That the updated In5 plugin. Seems like I should have waited. Thanks for the answer.
