Datenzusammenführung in Tabelle, mehrere Datensätze pro Seite

Ich möchte gerne Daten aus einer Exel-Preisliste in ein InDesign Dokument einfliessen lassen, welches mehrere Dokumentseiten mit verschieden langen Tabellen enthält (je nach Anzahl der Produktvariationen).

 

Ist es möglich dass ich mehrere Datensätze pro Tabelle und Seite einfliessen lassen kann? Beim Testen wiederholt es nur eine Zeile der Exeltabelle pro Seite/Tabelle im InDesigndokument, unabhängig davon ob die jeweilige Tabelle 12 oder 20 Zeilen enthält.

 

Die Option «Mehrere Datensätze» unter «Zusammengeführtes Dokument erstellen» > «Datensätze pro Dokumentseite» ist nicht auswählbar.

It's possible to have multiple records per page, but each record will be in its own table or text box. The setup you are showing would require a more advanced catalog plug-in (such as EasyCatalog)

Since cannot choose the option for multiple records per page, it could be that you have more than one page in your InDesign template document.

Thank you for your answer. You're right, there are a lot of pages because they are different products whit different variations. Human crafts and an hour to copy and paste will be easier to fill then a template for 108 different pages.

 

Maybe in future it will be posible, analogical to a JSON-File. Thank you a lot for your answer.

If this is a thing that you do a lot of, it would be worth looking into one of the aftermarket catalog plug-ins.
