Developer Wanted: Synching a Flatplanning software with Indesigner

I am trying to Synch our flatplanning software package for Magazines so that the flatplan and files can be two way synched back and forth as each is updated with files. Was going to have our in house team do but thought I'd reach out to see if there were any specialists for hire who had done this type work.
