Bonjour,

Merci.

Hello,

My MAJ touch (on Macbook) don't reply anymore when I try to resize an image on InDesign/Photoshop. Have you any advice to fix it or it's my keyboard that's broken ?

Thanks

Sometimes another application can hijack the shortcut keys.
One suggestion I saw before was to startup in Safe Mode so no other applications are open.

Try InDesign and see if it works. If it does - then try opening other applications and see which one is causing the shortcut hijacking.

Another explanation is the programme has minor courrption which can be fixed

Try resetting your preferences:
The easiest way to reset everything is to delete the InDesign preferences: as soon as InDesign starts to boot hold down Shift, Alt, Ctrl (and Apple/Cmd if working on a Macintosh). A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.

If that's not helping

Reinstalling rarely fixes everything - you can do a complete reinstall using the
Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Let us know how you get on.
