Your file is clearly corrupted.

Can you still open it a d export as IDML?

Can you share it - maybe on a different machine it will open?

If you prefer to share it on priv - zip it, INDD file only, upload somewhere, click on my nickname, send me a link.

I can open the IDML but the same problem... Nothing is different between my corrupted indd and my idml. Except the idml does not ask if I want to restore

Unfortunately, it looks like your text - main Story - is gone...

Table of Context on the page 6 is the longest piece of text...

There are 159 Stories in total - but most of them just empty TextFrames - not counting the "main" Story.

Do you have any backup copy(ies) of your document?

The text might still be there - or it's just the previews of the images take ~55MB:

but it would require highly specialised tools to extract Text - if it's still there...

It looks like there are some pieces of text in the INDD file:

but their order might be questionable - and it will be just a plain text if "extracted" this way...

You could try to contact Adobe CS for help.

I have no backup copy, and that's not the first time I have an issue. Not THAT issue, maybe next time I could think about making copies. My night is going to be much longer than I thought !

Sorry to hear that.

Any chance you've been using some cloud service to move your files between computers?

For many files, yes... Not that one. That definitely wasn't my best move
