Hi,
I am working on small side project for day off request.
I got on the same page, a form filled by the employee (sideA) that is repeated below
for the manager (side B).
So one is kept by the employee (side A) and one for the manager and HR(side B).
I managed to get all fields in the manager side repeated from the employee side by naming them the same.
But since I got 4 radio buttons on the form A (only one can be clicked), I wanted it also to be duplicated on the form B but if I keep the idea of duplicating the name in both A and B, the choice won't be on 4 items but 8 since indesign will consider the B side as 4 more options to the radio button.
How can I solve it?
Thanks

Matching names is the only way and InDesign does not take code.
Option 1: replace the radio buttons by a drop-down list. in that case same names will replicate answer selected
Option 2: keep radio buttons, then in Acrobat, use some simple code to edit your pdf to match the selection.

@Eric Dumas , thanks for your help.
Option 1 seems the most interactive one but since it's to be printed and the company seems "old school" on this matter, I think it's not suidable.
I got to check out option 2 but never used it. Do you know how it works?
I will check it out.
Thanks
