Editing multiple similar text frames in one

Hi, 

I have the same text frame in each and every page and I want to edit the all at once. I would appreciate it if anyone could help me.

Create and apply Object styles, later change it by changing the object style.

But if it is a running header or side bar, put them on the master / parent page. But use an object style there too.

The simplest way, assuming you had one parent (master) in the document would be to put that text frame on the parent page. Then when you edit it there, it will appear the same on each page based on that parent.
