Do you mean actual interactive EPUB format, or the Adobe/InDesign export format and support system Publish Online? They are completely different systems using different formats.

The latter is HTML-based and a closed platform requiring InDesign for document creation and management, and the Adobe hosting site for publication and accesss.

If you mean EPUB, know that interactive elements in EPUB are highly dependent on the reader used, and it can be difficult and frustrating to achieve successful results.
