Embed Virtual Tour run in animate but not when published

I inserted a video without problems with "iframe". Likewise, I entered a web address that points to a virtual tour. If I visualize the preview with "animation" it is correctly visualized; when I publish it online internally at Indesign it does not appear and gives me the following message:

What could be the problem?
