Send only a PDF.

You can send it as link from Acrobat Pro if you are a CC subscriber.

Comme le dit @Willi Adelberger il faut faire un PDF en choisissant « taille de fichier minimale » dans les paramètres d'export.

No, I did not say that. If you send a link, file does not matter. Acrobat Pro has the possiblity to send PDFs via link to any recepient. But it can also be done via other cloud services, like Dropbox, there you can send via FIle Transfer or as link to your Dropbox.

I don't understand, if you need to download the file, size matters.

Download links are not limitted to send to any recepient. Attached document have a maximum allowed file size. The file size determines only the time how long the download will take,

Ok Willi, I'll won't argue. You are technically right but the OP question was “how to send heavy files”. So, in his case, size matters…
