EPUB 2.1.0/3.0 and Cover

Hi,

A few days ago, I posted my issue below.

In EPUB 2.1.0, I see below.

In EPUB 3.0, the Table of Contents doesn't appear.

Is the issue related with my treatment of cover (Object Export Options)?

Should I upload a cover (PNG) at the last stage, when I export to EPUB file?

Re the Cover, assuming you have a separate design, as a JPG or PNG for the cover, use the General dialogue box and select "Choose image" from the Cover drop-down menu. The ToC name is also indicated in the dialogue.
