ERROR #13 Publising Online

The online publishing function is not working, it gives error 13.

I've restarted everything, I've logged out, I've saved in another location and with another name and the error continues..!!!

Does anyone know how to solve it?

Sign out of Creative Cloud online

Sign out of InDesign (Help>Sign Out)

Sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop App

restart

Login Desktop App

Open InDesign go to Help and ensure you are logged in (if not then log in)
Login on Creative Cloud online.

Is it just this document or any document (old or newly created)?

It's a new one. I'm trying page by page... I think it's a gif/png/jpeg that have an error but I cant understand which one it is

Try half the book - then try the other half

Whatever side it fails on is the problem - then keep halving.

It's a quick process to find the page.
