Thank you for sharing the info. Error 18 while publishing online generally means- Connection is lost while publishing, and we need to check the network connection and try again. 

 

Could you please confirm if you are on Individual Subscription or Enterprise Subscription? Please share the details of your operating system and the version of InDesign installed on your machine.

The error says to check your internet connection. Maybe get closer to the hub? Run a test to see what speed your internet is running www.speed test.net

I have already said I have tried on several different wifis from different internet providers and all the same result so it must be a different issue
