Error when exporting interactive (accessible) PDF with hyperlinks, screen reader reads out 9002039

The aim is to create an accessible PDF in which the screen reader reads out all defined content. Artifacts, hyperlinks with alt text and the creation of articles were taken into account. Unfortunately, these invisible / incorrect links cannot be found in InDesign or in the container structure of the PDF file in Acrobat. Is there a similar case? Many thanks in advance

Could you provide more detail? What is not working right? What version ID? What version OS?

Of course, thank you very much! The system is Sonoma 14.5 and Indesign v 19.5. The hyperlinks are not read out according to their described alt-text but are provided with various random numbers. Instead of “Table of Content, Link”, the screen reader then reads out “9 objects, 89283792, Link, 59280912, Link, ... (9 links)”.

My questions are: Why are these objects arbitrarily put together or grouped after the PDF export? How can this be prevented before the export?
And where do the numbers come from instead of the alt text? On some pages the random numbers come with a link and on others the correct links although they have been created in the same way.
