Error when publishing online and exporting as Interactive PDF

Hi,

I tried publishing my document online today for hours and every time it gets to 90% or near the end of publishing, it comes up with an error message; Unexpected error. (see image) 

I've changed the settings to optimise the document as it contains a lot of images and videos and it is a large file.

I am also having trouble with Exporting as Interactive PDF, when it completes the export the "Failed to Export PDF" message comes up.

Please could you help me as this is URGENT.

According to the InDesign list of errors, number 23 means “Server temporarily unavailable. Try again after some time”.

Hi Derek, thank you for your repsonse! I did see the List of Errors earlier and I left my InDesign document and computer alone all night and just tried it again and it still says unexpected error. It was titled "Error 16" meaning the file size was too large but I don't know to how to reduce it. Could you or someone please help me with this?
