Does anyone know why all the times symbol x (Unicode: 00B4) would change to a multiplication dot (Unicode: 00D7) in Euclid Symbol by itself?
Recently, I have been having many issues with InDesign reading Euclid Symbol. The problem is that we have thousands of MathType eps files that use this font and want to avoid just switching to another font because it won't be consistent between the text in InDesign and the MathType files. Disclaimer: All the MathType files were saved out as eps/none.

@Tia22176807c222 I'm confused by the Unicode numbers in your post.
Unicode 00b4 is not the multiplication x character: it's the acute accent mark. See https://util.unicode.org/UnicodeJsps/character.jsp?a=00b4&B1=Show
And Unicode 00d7 is not a multiplication dot; it's the multiplication x symbol. https://util.unicode.org/UnicodeJsps/character.jsp?a=00d7&B1=Show
I do not own a version of the Euclid font so I can't verify whether it has the characters you want to begin with. Most fonts do not have a set of math symbols in them, other than the basics, and multiplication x is not a common symbol on most fonts.
When a particular Unicode symbol isn't available on a font, applications often swap in a dot, circle, tofu block, or space for the missing glyph.
Suggestion:
Good luck!
