Is there any way to make Expandable and collapisble text in indesign ??

You'll have to be more specific about your objectives. Provide an example, equate it to your particular needs, and specify your output intent.

PDF won't support the animated action of an "accordion". That's a job for HTML.

as in you want content under the expandable slider to move?

sounds like you need to work in HTML with something like webflow if you want that.
