hi there,
I'm on the clock so keeping this brief - my clients send InDesign files of their billboards to be turned into their TV commercials, which means I need to export their Indesign layouts into a starting point PSD (I'd love to export directly to AE but I also want a Pony and Billion dollars, and Larger Text in Adobe UI's).
My workaround is to try and export the layered InDesign file to a PSD which can then be imported into AE.
I need a way to export a layered PSD version of the Indesign file. Please make this happen. No I can't get my clients to send me anything more efficient or sensible, no I won't export everything layer by layer, it's time consuming, dumb and I'm on a fixed budget. I'm a sub-vendor many layers down and am basically powerless to discipline client, but maybe Adobe can have my back as I pay you a monthly subscription.
