Export Menu does not appear

My Indesingn stopped exporting the creativities due to a blockage: When I click on Export, nothing happens and the menu (window) does not appear to select the export criteria. I've already done the Update and I've uninstalled and re-installed it on my account without success. Has anyone ever had a similar problem?

 

Note: The Import Menu also appears incomplete

Try to reset preferences: quit InDesign and relaunch it while holding down the Shift, Ctrl and Alt keys [Windows], Shift, Ctrl, Alt and Cmd keys [Mac] until you see a warning message asking for confirmation.
