Exporting a booklet corrupts Illustrator Files

Hi all!

I'm having a problem when exporting my InDesign to a PDF Booklet. When exporting to PDF normally it looks clean and crisp but then when exported to a PDF through the booklet option it adds weird lines to my illustrator file. I have tried changing print driver settings to High Quality print but this does nothing,

Any Ideas? Thanks 🙂
