exporting editorial notes

Hi, I'm creating a website layout and I have some editorial notes.  Is there a way to export the notes in a pdf?

That can be done from InCopy but not InDesign natively.

Has this been added to Indesign's export options in the intervening four years?

Odd that this is not an option to both export as well as import editorial notes to (and from) PDF comments.
