Failed to export PDF file (InDesign)

Hi!
I'm not able to export PDF files in InDesign anymore. Same problem occurs when creating a package. 

Every time (with all documents) an error occurs. 
"Sorry, an error occured. Adobe InDesign 2021 has encountered a problem and needs to close."

I don't understand the error report at all, but the crash exception is "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION".

I even tried with a new document with only one word in it, but still the same problem occurs. I've saved files as IDML in different places. I've uninstalled and reinstalled InDesign. Nothing seems to help!

InDesign version is 16.3 (Creative Cloud Desktop)

Windows 10 Pro for Workstations

Mostly the data is saved in M-Files, but I've tried servers and hard drive, without help. 

Any idea what can I do?
