Feature Request: Change Shape of Frame

Maybe  I just don't know how to do it 👁⃤

If I place a rectangle frame and then place an image inside, it would be great to be able to change the shape of the rectangle to an eclipse. Right now, I have to delete the rectangle then add the new shape then place the image again, into the new shape.

It's already there: Select the frame, then Object > Convert Shape
