Find/change cell styles?

Hi, does anyone know of a way to find/change cell styles? I've asked the indesign guys and they think I need a script for this one.

I just want to find a cell style and change it to another, but I don't want to change all of them, I want to keep some. Therefore, I need to know where they are.
