Find/Change tool functionality - Adobe Product Community - 13593317

I wanted to change all instances of the word "Delegates" to "delegates' so I used the Find/Change tool. The tool reported finding hundres of such instances. When I checked a few instances to confirm they were changed, none of them were changed. What's the problem? Is the tool not case senstitive?
