Finding swatch and replacing colour for tables

Is there an issue or am I doing something incorrect?

I made sure all colours were formatted with swatches but I'm having issues with tables and specifically the borders.

another issue I'd like to point out is when I added cell style for my tables, one side of my border decided to change to black so I had no choice but to delete all the cell styles for consistency.

I hope there's a solution to this problem because it's not helping me work efficiently as it should.

Are you using the Find / Replace Color feature (available in InDesign 2021 and later? Here's a tutorial about how it works:

great tutorial and I definitely appreciate the pointers on finding/replacing swatches with styles. It definitely gave me a lot of trouble when I was overwriting my styles and decided on removing all of it.

however, i did apply the steps prior as what was shown on your tutorial, part of the borders of my table don't seem to change unless I do it manually which can be frustrating. Do you happen to know any ways to fix this?
