Hello!
when i export my document as a fixed layout epub, the text shifts (as shown in the picture) and it does'nt look like it supposed to look. besides that, everything works fine. so does anyone know how i can fix this problem?
There are some Mac-only Truetype fonts floating around, IIRC. If it's one of those, that could explain it. I'd replace it with an OpenType font and try again.

Hi Mirco,
maybe it's the used font that is not working? Maybe it's the reader software.
Could you post a sample InDesign document with only one page where you see this issue?
Just put it on Dropbox or a similar service and post the download link.
Thanks,

Hi Uwe,
thanks for the fast reply. I didn't try another font yet and I use the iBook reader.
Here is the download link: https://we.tl/t-rHVj5a0UHP

What font format are you using? If it's not OpenType that could explain it.

Hi Bob,
it's a TrueType font, a Futura Condensed Medium.

I tried an OpenType font and it worked! Thank you so much!

More specifically, it's one of the Mac's TrueType Collection fonts (.ttc), some of which are notoriously bad for epub use. Best to avoid. Ironically, the Helevtica nd Times .ttc fonts work fine.

Check your parent pages in the top right corner. I've done this by accident. Your parent pages might have text on it already and when you click back onto your regular pages, both texts overlay and create this problem.
