Font management

iMac 24" M1

OS Monterey

Having struggled with font management over the years, I wondered whether it's possible to have just the list of fonts (specifically Adobe CC fonts) used in a project or projects show in Type>Fonts rather than the reams of system and other fonts that users are presented with or at least a truncated version plus only the absolutely necessary system fonts.

I experimented with Font Book trying to close down extraneous ones (some fonts for non-English system usage) where a warning dialogue box comes about current selection containing system fonts. Also downloaded the excellent Kurt Lang article, so I'm going to parse that.

I downloaded a trial version of Font Agent today but can't quite work out whether this does what I'm after or not. Maybe I'm expecting the impossible.

Any help gratefully received as always.

Cheers Bob. Much better now that my most used fonts appear at the top of the list.
