Ruinning Mac OS Monterrey on MacBook M1, cannot load activated fonts. Im a newbie to mac and Adobe CC, can anyone help?

When that happens to my students in class, we head over to fonts.adobe.com and manually activate them there. I'm not sure why the fonts resist activating from within InDesign sometimes, but in class we don't have time to troubleshoot and this always works. I recommend that they sign in and out of Creative Cloud after class ends, hoping that will reset the connection.
