Fonts won't activate

I really dont have time for this, I just need to get my work done.

 

Today CC/indesign what ever has decided to go belly up with fonts, fonts in use are no longer installed trying to activate them does nothing, looking in fonts in CC just gives me a spinning ball.

 

I logged out and back in, restarted etc.

 

Is there anything else I can do with this massivaly over priced turd of software please?

Firstly - I'd just ask you tone it down a little bit. 

 

as an ACP, and only a User like yourself, I volunteer my time to help people fix issues they may be experiencing.

 

We are just users like you - who encounter similar issues periodically.

 

You're entitled to your opinion - however, what you experience is not normal and not normal experience for a vast majority of users.

Log out of Creative Cloud Desktop

Log out of InDesign via the Help>Sign Out

Close both

Go to the Adobe Creative Cloud Website - ensure you're logged out here.

 

Restart

 

Sign into your Creative Cloud Desktop

Launch InDesign

Ensure InDesign is Signed In - via the Help>Sign In

 

Go to the Adboe Creative Cloud website - and ensure you're logged in there.

 

Let us know if this resolves your issue.

Or if the Troubleshoot guide resolved any of your issues.

 

If it hasn't worked out - let us  know and there might be another option available to resolve your issues.
