I have layed out chapter one of a report. I have now received the Word document for chapter two and layed it out in my InDesign document. Each chapter has a different thread / the text boxes are unlinked. The chapter two footnotes start at 1. How can I get them to continue on from the first chapter?

Ok, just solved it. Link the last and first text boxes, and then on the last page of the previous chapter add in a page break.
