FR: Option to split table rows across pages

New Here ,
Feb 23, 2021 Feb 23, 2021

Whenever I type a lot of texts in a cell of the table, the cell moves to the next page from where the cell was.

Is there the way to let the cell flows between pages?

If the cell continues to be an InDesign table cell: No.

Perhaps a script will help that can duplicate a row of cells and distributes the contents from one text frame column to the next or distributes the contents from one text frame to the next one. But this will not be automatic if the text frame 's height will change or the column's width will change.

I'm assuming the split cells are not linked anymore--correct?

Did you ever finish the script? If it is going to be available commercially, you must mention that in your post.
