Full screen trouble in InDesign

Hi!

When I work in InDesign I use the presentation mode (Shift+W) alot to preview my work. I resently got a new PC and downloaded InDesign through Creative Cloud again, but now I'm having trouble with my presentation mode. The problem is that it's not going to full screen. It is bascially just going to a zoomed in version of the preview mode (W) - no boxes, grey background, tools still visable and so on.

Have anyone encounted this problem before? If so, do you have a solution?

Best,

Lars

First thing to try is resetting the preferences. See Reset InDesign Preferences and Other Troubleshooting

Thanks! I ended up reinstalling InDesign and that worked.
