Hi there
On my Mac, on my external keyboard, I have the function keys assigned in a standard way, so i.e. F10 to F12 for audio volume etc. But this way, when I work in Indesign, I have to press the additional fn key to use the F-shortcuts (i.e. F7 for "View > Show/hide guides".) This bothers me.
Is there a way to have the Function Keys assigned in a way that they work as default when I'm not using an Adobe Application, but as soon as I open Indesign, F7 becomes the standard Indesign shortcut, without having to press the additional fn key ? So in a way, Indesign overrides the MacOS functions, or MacOS makes exceptions for Indesign?
(I hope I made it clear, English is not my first language).
Thanks and best regards

Bonjour @PierreDaniel
