ich nutze inDesign CC 18.3, arbeite auf PC mit Win11 und einer Serverbasierten Datensstruktur.
Ich habe in meiner Bibliothek Grafiken wie z.B. ein Firmenlogo oder ein Pattern hinterlegt.
Wenn ich jetzt das Logo platzieren möchte, bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:
"Die Datei existiert nicht bzw. wird von einer anderen Anwendung verwendet. oder Sie haben nicht die entsprechenden Zugriffsrechte."
Da meine erste Idee war, die CC Librarie hätte ein Problem damit, dass das Logo auf einem Server gespeichert ist und nicht direkt auf dem PC, habe ich das Logo nochmals auf meinem Desktop gespeichert und von dort in die Library geladen. Aber auch hier kommt die gleiche Fehlermeldung.
Die Logodatei hat keine Umlaute oder sonstige ungewöhnlichen Zeichen.
Kennt jemand das Problem und kann mir helfen?

Hello,
I am using inDesign CC 18.3, working on PC with Win11 and a server based data structure.
I have graphics like a company logo or a pattern stored in my library.
When I now want to place the logo, I get the following error message:
"The file does not exist or is used by another application. or you do not have the appropriate access rights."
Since my first idea was that the CC Librarie had a problem with the logo being stored on a server and not directly on the PC, I saved the logo again on my desktop and loaded it into the library from there.
But again the same error message comes up.
The logo file has no umlauts or other unusual characters.
Does anyone know the problem and can help me?
