GREP, find string, apply style only one character of the string

Hi, I want to do the following:

• Find all strings with the the character compibantion "ch" (no problem so far)
• Apply specific text style only to the "h" (for example red color)

I have no problem to write a comand which applies a style to to all "ch" strings, but how to keep the "c" out of the game?
