GREP to highlight word starting with upper or lower case character

I want any instance of

- masdar

- masdar mu'awwal

to appear in blue. Sometimes the word masdar starts with a capital letter.

How do i achieve this in GREP?

I've managed to catch masdar and masdar mu'awwal. But can't seem to include Masdar (with a capital letter)
