I am assuming that you have checked in the Manage Fonts section of the Creative Cloud Desktop app that all your Adobe Fonts are showing as activated. If the fonts are showing as activated then try signing out of your Creative Cloud account in the Desktop App and then sign back in again. This has actually worked for me in the past.
