Hi, how can I create a pdf with inDesign that, once published online, can be browsed with that typical hand-turning page effect, like supermarket flyers? Is it possible to do this with inDesign or Acrobat? Thank you

That is called a page curl effect. It used to be available though Adobe Flash which is now dead and no longer supported.
