having problems saving my work

as you can see I can't save my file and am really stressed out of this situation.

it happens randomly

I'm using MAC OS and Indesign is the latest version.

File>Export and choose IDML

Open the IDML in InDesign - and resave it as a new file name.

See if the problem persists.

If it does

Try resetting your preferences:
The easiest way to reset everything is to delete the InDesign preferences: as soon as InDesign starts to boot hold down Shift, Alt, Ctrl (and Apple/Cmd if working on a Macintosh). A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.
