Help! Indesign brakes every document I create ~efeguj.idlk

Community Beginner ,

Every time I create a new document, since three months ago, Indesign brakes the document and I am not able to open .indd file again
Indesign brakes the original file  and also it creates a copy that doesn't work in the same folder (~efeguj.idlk)

I thought that the problem was because I haven't updated my InDesign, but it is still happening and is very frustrating because all my work is gone basically.

When you save a InDesign document, and(!) have this document open in InDesign, it will create a 'lock' file, idlk, so no one else can open it at the same time. When you close the file, the idlk disappears again. Sometimes, on crashes for example, the idlk is not removed: before opening the indd file, just move the idlk to the trash.
