Hey,
Please help me if you can. I have designed two "templates" (just as pdf so as not to confuse customers). I would like customers to be able to download the template and place their artwork on a layer and send it back to me. The photoshop file in particular is very large and the illustrtaor file is blank until the person opens it in illustrtaor (shows blank in Acrobat) is there a better way to make these templates other than making large layered files. I want the actual artboard to be large because I want the customer to scale their own artwork onto the screen - so I can print it and maintain the scale for their orders.
