HELP! Pixelated Images - High Quality and +300 DPI

Hi there!  I am running into a challenge with ID.  Images are 300DPI or greater, and Display Performance is set to High Quality in View, Object, AND Preferences.  In preview mode and when exported, the images are still pixelated.  Any idea how to fix this?
