[Help] Table are not aligning with parent page.

Hi.

I have a book that is primarly a long table, and it's 3 chapters, for some reason the third chapter refuse to align like the rest of the book see the image, I'm not sure why? I tried to make another Parent but that did solve it, can someone help me and explain why is this happening?

I got a work around, I copied the text from Chapter 3 and paste it into excel sheet then deleted chapter 3 from indeign then duplicated a page form chapter 2 and paste the text from the excel sheet back to the duplicated page and it worked, still I would like an explnaition why did that happened?
