Hi, my InDesign software gives me problems and doesn't open a lot of files for me... it only opens a file for me if I save it again from another computer as IDML
I would be happy for advice

It can by anything - but we are not mind readers so give more info about your system - platform, OS, ID version, etc. Do you work - save your INDD files - locally or remotely - over the network, VPN, cloud? 

 

Not sure what is not clear on your 2nd screenshot - you need to login to your Adobe Account. 

 

Can automate anything - as long as it doesn't require A.I.
