How can i create a rolling down and up menu in indesign?

How can i create a rolling up menu in indesign? I am not able to close the menu without clicking on the button  once opened.

Most likely only outside of ID, then import. Apart from that, the final export format decides what's possible. So you first would have to check what your desired export format can do and probably discard the idea.
