How do I disable Arabic typing right to left?

Hello.

I have a client that just wants me to arrange provided text into an InDesign template that he has also provided. I started transferring the text into the InDesign document and realized that something is set-up so that the cursor always stays to the left. I am able to type in English, but the problem comes in when I need to utilize punctuation. Every time I try to add in a comma, a period and even when trying to utilize time with a colon it moves the punctuation or other text to the left of everything else.

I have read about the Adobe World-Ready Composers where it has the option to swap back and forth between typing in Hebrew & Arabic to English, but I don't have a window that looks like what is shown? It says that it is available in the Middle East and North African edition of the software? I definitely don't have that version. Is there anything I can do to fix the issue? Can someone send me screen shots to show me where to find the icon or menu option to change it? I am using Adobe CC software so I have the latest version of InDesign.

Thank you!

Thank you so much. It took me a few minutes to find the icon I needed once I installed the Arabic version, but it worked!

Reinstalling is not needed. Only set up everything, when no document is open. Or import all styles from a normal document an it will use that.
